Development Lab Administrator

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements which you will then plan and
• Deploy virtual machines to create various network topologies and scenarios
• Perform software installations, activation, and configuration
• Ensure the environment is updated by applying software patches and upgrades
• Develop strategies for improving our ability to simulate and test real-world conditions
• Collaborate with product leaders to document requested testing and formulate test plans

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ year’s experience in a related technical role such as IT support, customer support engineer
• Experience operating VMware, configuring Windows and Linux systems
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, packet capture, DNS
• Technical degree or certifications (ex: Computer Science, Information Systems, Cisco, VMware, etc.)
• Willingness to collaborate within a global organization across time zones and cultures
• Effective research skills; ability to leverage AI to collect, organize and integrate results
