📋 Description

• Manage gift processing and revenue-tracking systems, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant
• Maintain and optimize donor management systems, particularly Salesforce and EveryAction, by
• Serve as the first point of contact for donor inquiries, monitoring incoming calls and emails
• Support donor cultivation and stewardship by maintaining accurate donor profiles, conducting
• Coordinate development team operations, including maintaining grant deadlines, team calendars
• Assist with the planning and coordination of team retreats, internal meetings, departmental

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in development operations, fundraising administration, nonprofit operations
• Familiarity with Salesforce and EveryAction, including donor record management, reporting, data
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with demonstrated attention to detail in
• Experience processing donations, tracking fundraising revenue, maintaining donor records, or
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with
• A customer-service-oriented approach, with the ability to respond to inquiries promptly, handle
