Development Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day execution of commercial development projects from design through closeout.
• Manage ground-up developments, redevelopment projects, tenant buildouts, and capital improvements.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies to ensure delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and specs.
• Identify project risks early and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Drive projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of commercial construction or development project management experience.
• Proven success delivering ground-up developments, redevelopments, or large TI projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, delivery models, and contract administration (AIA).
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
