• Design and develop workflows that integrate AI services, prompts, models, and decisioning into user
• Implement document ingestion, chunking, vector embeddings, retrieval, grounding, classification
• Define human controls, autonomy rules, exception paths, and audit trails to limit the consequences
• Evaluate outputs with real test sets, measure accuracy, and instrument solutions to detect drift
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cutover, and stabilization
• Work with functional specialists to understand the business process before automating it and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and expertise in SAP AI orchestration and development
• Expert level fluency in SAP HANA Cloud including document ingestion, chunking, vector embeddings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to define human controls, autonomy rules, exception
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs using real test sets and measure accuracy to monitor drift
• Operational excellence in supporting integration tests, user acceptance tests, addressing defects
• Collaborative mindset working with functional specialists, architects, and delivery teams
