📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and support a team of Field Engineers ranging from graduate to senior level, with
• Set team objectives, plan priorities, and drive progress against agreed goals, projects, and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong academic background, with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical
• Extensive experience with embedded Linux, including Yocto or comparable embedded Linux technologies.
• Strong Linux expertise, with experience in Debian or Ubuntu considered an advantage.
• Previous experience managing or leading a small engineering or technical team.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in technical, consulting, presales
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and clearly communicate the business benefits of
