Own and evolve DevOps and platform engineering (pipelines, monitoring, IaC, cost)
Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines
Improve observability with Datadog, GCP, and dashboards
Implement FinOps governance for cost accountability
Enable developer productivity with internal tooling
Define and measure SLOs for reliability

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering
Proficiency in Python or Go
Ownership of production infra and tooling; strong debugging
Kubernetes with ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform
GCP (preferred) or other clouds; cost management focus
FinOps tooling experience (Kubecost, AWS/GCP billing) or similar
