DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve DevOps and platform tooling, including pipelines, IaC, and cost optimization.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines for rapid product iterations.
• Improve observability via Datadog, GCP, and custom dashboards for FinOps insights.
• Implement FinOps governance with showback and chargeback to drive cost accountability.
• Enable developer productivity with internal tooling and reusable modules.
• Help teams define and measure SLOs to set reliability standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering in high growth startups.
• Proficiency in Python or Go with strong software fundamentals.
• Ownership of production infra and tooling with debugging distributed systems.
• Experience designing secure robust infra for regulated government and financial environments.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with GCP or other clouds; focus on cost management and optimization.
