📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive Current State Analysis of existing tools, practices, and security posture
• Identify operational gaps, user pain points, and security vulnerabilities, delivering a detailed
• Propose strategic recommendations and a phased DevSecOps Implementation Roadmap, outlining tasks
• Design and implement a DevSecOps Framework that includes detailed policies, standards, governance
• Develop an 'Application Security Service Catalog' and integrate security best practices
• Establish rigorous release governance policies to ensure strict adherence to standards and prepare

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience conducting DevOps maturity assessments (DORA) and defining target operating
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).
• Strong knowledge of Vault for secrets management.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform/ARM) and scripting (Shell).
