📋 Description

• Define the DevOps and platform strategy; align with business goals.
• Build and improve engineering effectiveness metrics (DORA) to drive improvements.
• Foster engineering culture; boost collaboration across dev, QA, and operations.
• Lead IDP development to reduce cognitive load for engineers.
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines for high frequency releases.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption and platform reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in internet/tech; 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform engineering.
• Proven experience building high-concurrency prod systems (10M+ daily requests).
• Experience leading a DevOps/SRE team of 30+; built teams from scratch.
• Docker and Kubernetes; production-grade cluster planning and incident handling.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and IaC tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible).
• Proficiency in Go, Python or Java; automation skills.
