DevOps, MLOps & Security Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Own CI/CD design and governance, incl. tests, SAST/DAST, and secrets checks
• Lead IaC and container orchestration; drive automation at scale
• Manage AI infra: GPU/TPU provisioning, model registry, and inference scaling
• Lead security across cloud, infra, and product; define policies and incident response
• Translate security/engineering requirements into actionable roadmaps and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven engineering leader with DevSecOps depth and team growth ability
• Strong AWS and GCP knowledge: compute, networking, IAM, EKS/GKE
• Deep AI infra experience: GPU/TPU provisioning, SageMaker/Vertex AI
• Cloud and infra security expertise; modern CI/CD across hybrid/multi-cloud
• Scripting proficiency: Python, Bash, Go, or Java
• Confident communicator; aligns priorities across developers and execs
• Familiarity with AI-assisted security and vulnerability triage is a plus
