5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
8+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or
Proven experience leading large-scale cloud-native SaaS environments
Strong AWS expertise and strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns
Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containers and distributed systems
