🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundation in IT Operations and Risk Management frameworks.
• Practical experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, and
• Practical knowledge of industry standards and frameworks: ITIL and ISO 22301.
• Hands-on familiarity or experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Riskonnect, and Everbridge.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools relevant to resilience planning, metrics
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
