Respond promptly following processes to alerts on the monitoring tools
Troubleshooting security alerts, researching specific solutions and deliver solutions
Managing security changes in accordance with any required change management process
The ability to handle, track, review, and orchestrate the tickets received
Be able to prioritize tasks in accordance with SLAs
Work with team to identify service improvements to process and procedure

🎯 Requirements

Experience working on Security Operations Center (SOC) or equivalent technical training in the area
Knowledge of security monitoring tools (ex: DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, etc)
Knowledge and experience of network infrastructures such as LAN and WAN network technologies
Knowledge in the following network technologies TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS
Ability to work effectively in a team
Willingness and ability to learn new products and network/security technologies quickly, often
