📋 Description

• Build and own the DevSecOps function within security; set strategy and metrics.
• Assess the security posture of applications, infra, cloud, and processes.
• Design and implement security controls across the SDLC.
• Establish secure CI/CD practices with security gates and automated validation.
• Integrate security checks into engineering workflows with automation and developer experience.
• Build and operate vulnerability management: triage, remediation, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering.
• Experience leading security initiatives, projects, or programs with ownership and autonomy.
• Proven experience building security processes, tooling, or programs from scratch.
• Hands-on experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines without reducing engineering velocity.
• Experience with containerized environments, Kubernetes security, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Practical experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible, and SIEM integration.
