📋 Description

• Build and own the DevSecOps function; set strategy, roadmap, and metrics.
• Assess security posture of applications, infrastructure, cloud, and processes.
• Design and implement security controls across the SDLC.
• Establish secure CI/CD practices with gates and automated validation.
• Integrate security checks into engineering workflows with automation.
• Build and operate vulnerability management processes and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering.
• Experience leading security initiatives with ownership and autonomy.
• Proven track record building security processes, tooling, or programs from scratch.
• Hands-on experience integrating security controls into CI/CD without harming engineering velocity.
• Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes security; AWS.
• English - Intermediate+ or higher.
