DevSecOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Help secure our customers, their data, and Casa's systems.
• Oversee security architecture and culture; report to CSO.
• Develop evolving security program with processes, training, and methodologies.
• Write infrastructure-as-code to automate deployment with Terraform/Ansible.
• Stay current on threats and security trends affecting our stack.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production security issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Security certifications or equivalent real-world experience.
• 5+ years securing Linux-based infrastructures, AWS, and code.
• Hands-on with penetration testing, threat modeling, code analysis, and vulnerability scanning.
• Deep background across multiple facets of security.
• Experience with OSS tooling, cloud environments, and multiple OS.
• Strong communicator who can present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
