Diamond Turning Technician (Starlink) - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Follow work instructions and process controls; maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain machine uptime by identifying alarms and out-of-tolerance issues.
• Use metrology tools: CMMs, optical microscopes, Zygo interferometers.
• Operate Lap Master for lapping; ensure flatness before turning.
• Use LuphoScan 3D optical profilometer for non-contact measurements.
• Data entry, work tracking and effective communication.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ year experience with precision hand tools and metrology.
• Experience with sub-micron tolerance parts and inspection.
• CNC lathe experience.
• Understanding of optics manufacturing and metrology.
• 2+ years in electro-mechanical/high-volume manufacturing.
