Diagnose minor mechanical and electronic problems, utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
Address all identified maintenance needs efficiently while ensuring compliance with maintenance
Oversee and lead emergency response maintenance and repairs as needed
Ensure repairs are efficiently addressed to maintain asset availability for projects, jobs, and
Analyze asset data to identify opportunities for optimization, including right-sizing the fleet

🎯 Requirements

Certifications in commercial fleet maintenance
Minimum of 5 years proven fleet maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules
Hands-on experience in diesel engine and/or heavy vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, repair
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
