Digital Architect

📋 Description

• Lead digital architecture from concept through production.
• Architect system-level digital designs for AMS and photonic circuits.
• Include high-speed drivers/receivers, SerDes, ADC/DAC, modulators/detectors.
• Collaborate with test/validation to verify hardware against simulations.
• Author, review, and validate architectural specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience and a Masters in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Power-efficient digital design flow for high-speed AMS electronics; preferably photonics.
• Understanding digital circuit design in high-speed analog/photonic links, including DSP.
• Strong problem solving skills for hard problems with no obvious solution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-disciplinary team.
• Power user of CAD tools, SPICE, IBIS-AMI, MATLAB, and Python.
• Quick learner, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Innovative and flexible; adapts to diverse challenges.
• Data-driven and analytical; translates numbers into actions.
• Process-oriented; builds repeatable processes.
