• Experience: 3+ years creating digital art for gaming marketing assets.
• Captura/Virtual photography: ability to capture high-end promos; Captura photomode is a plus.
• Technical: Advanced Photoshop for compositing, photo-bashing, and matte painting.
• Artistic fundamentals: design, composition, camera angles, cinematic lighting.
• Execution: Proven track record meeting tight deadlines with polished assets.
• Portfolio: Required; show narrative through virtual photography and final marketing art.
