📋 Description

• Work on extensive card sets through all phases of imaging production.
• Refine and modify artwork for print/digital media via retouching.
• Build intricate alpha masks and selections for premium print plates.
• Post proofs for approval and coordinate with partner teams.
• Ensure files are handed down the pipeline with consistent naming.
• Collaborate with asset teams to keep timelines on track.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Photoshop experience with digital retouching and compositing.
• Excellent eye for composition and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with clipping paths and alpha masks.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and ICC color management.
• Adobe Creative Suite specialist; print and digital assets.
• Japanese language skills a plus.
