Lead workstreams for digital asset clients where finance teams scale quickly.
Support transaction readiness, audit readiness, technical accounting and implementation.
Review and prepare deliverables related to digital asset activity and GL tie-outs.
Assist with digital asset accounting, gains/losses, fees, and cut-off.
Partner with client teams to identify data gaps and design repeatable processes.
Lead and mentor consultants; manage engagement timelines.

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years in Big 4 audit or accounting advisory; at least 2 yrs Big 4.
Exposure to digital assets, crypto, fintech, broker-dealer, or investment mgmt.
Strong technical skills; working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous client environments.
Highly organized; able to manage workstreams and client/auditor requests.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable.
