📋 Description

• Develop and optimize interactive dashboards and analytics solutions to provide clear, actionable
• Lead and support digitalization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline
• Drive continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Kaizen, and RCA
• Enable capability development by supporting training programs, competency frameworks, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, Industrial
• Fluent in the local language with strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, continuous improvement, business
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across shopfloor and
• Solid experience in capability development, training coordination, and competency frameworks
