📋 Description

• Create and produce short-form Instagram content that resonates with parents.
• Maintain a warm, non-salesy brand voice to build community.
• Manage content scheduling, captions, thumbnails, and publishing.
• Build and manage an influencer/UGC network for authentic content.
• Lead Instagram growth and a content calendar for community and subscriptions.
• Work asynchronously in a globally distributed team; act as self-directed owner.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English fluency — comfortable writing captions and briefs.
• Strong portfolio of social media or content marketing for consumer brands (with links).
• High visual design competency with on-brand, polished output.
• Demonstrated experience managing influencer relationships or UGC programs.
• Full-cycle campaign experience: planning, creating, publishing, and iterating.
• Remote work experience with US/UK companies; familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace.
