📋 Description

• Take ownership of the day-to-day production work, keeping models moving through the pipeline and
• Partner with the software team to get models ingested and make sure files are compatible with
• Work with our QA lead to review models, confirm they process correctly, and make sure they meet our
• Help define and document those quality standards, since this is a new content type and most of the
• Keep our tracking systems current and accurate so the team always knows the status of every model
• Support taxonomy for all our content types to support organization and search

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in high-quality work
• A design eye - can tell the difference between an asset that technically works and one that people
• Scrappy and self-directed - dig into messy problems and propose systems
• Comfortable owning a process end to end, including tracking, documentation, and follow-through
• Comfortable driving work forward with people who don't report to you
• Actively using AI tools in own work and hungry to find more
