📋 Description

• Create Help Center and KB content, translating product logic into guidance.
• Craft campaign messaging reflecting brand values and marketing goals.
• Produce engaging copy across websites, system messages, emails, and UX/UI.
• Edit content to align with marketing strategy, tone, and positioning.
• Partner with Product Managers and Project Managers to deliver messaging for users and traders.
• Collaborate with UX, marketers, and SMEs for cohesive on-brand content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in copywriting/UX writing; BA in Creative Writing or related field.
• Ability to integrate AI workflows to optimize delivery.
• Strong technical writing for Help Center and KB; translate product logic.
• Chinese language proficiency; read PRDs and work with Chinese stakeholders.
• Crypto/fintech/finance experience preferred.
• Product-focused writer; understands product workflows and user journeys.
