Digital Designer (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Design on-brand, scroll-stopping assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms across Human
• Execute light web design and page updates across platforms like Webflow, Squarespace, or similar
• Transform rough content into polished, presentation-ready decks that communicate clearly and look
• Work within existing brand systems and adapt them faithfully; when guidelines don't exist, make
• Keep files organized, exportable, and ready for handoff without someone having to chase you down.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of professional digital design experience within motion and graphic design, with a
• Proficient in Figma; comfortable in Canva and Capcut for templated social work; familiar with at
• Experience w/ Shopify is a plus
• Demonstrable experience designing social media graphics that performed — not just looked good in a
• Solid deck design skills: you know how to layout information, not just style it.
• Working knowledge of typography, color, and layout fundamentals — you don't need a checklist to
