Design, develop, and maintain a global training curriculum that standardizes technical competencies
Facilitate training through in-person, virtual, and Train-the-Trainer formats
Develop onboarding and continuous learning programs for digital solution deployments
Measure and track training effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvement in learner
Manage multiple complex training projects and priorities
Act as the program manager for global programs

🎯 Requirements

Experience in an educational or training role preferred
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Self-motivated, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
Strong foundation in network engineering, including TCP/UDP, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, NAT/PAT
Advanced knowledge of IT systems: servers, databases, storage, operating systems, HL7/DICOM
Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
