Digital & Field Events Marketer

📋 Description

• Source and prioritize events; research and recommend tradeshows and conferences.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons.
• Plan end-to-end event execution: booth design, shipping, swag, lead capture.
• Be on-site point of contact; attend events and manage setup/teardown.
• Prepare the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics.
• Drive pipeline with sales; book pre-show meetings and follow-up leads.
• Run pre- and post-event campaigns (email, landing pages, paid social).
• Own the budget; forecast spend and report on costs and risks.
• Define KPIs and produce post-event reports showing ROI and learnings.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Track record of organizing events end to end.
• Experience managing an events budget.
• Able to define KPIs and link activity to pipeline and revenue.
• AI-focused: show AI tools/workflows used to automate or improve events work.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Strong project management; timelines, vendors, and budgets.
• Excellent communicator; brief executives and prospects on the show floor.
• Calm under pressure; able to problem-solve on your feet.
• Willing to travel 30–50% across North America, with occasional Europe travel.
