Digital & Field Events Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own events: industry events, tradeshows, conferences, luncheons
• Lead digital events: webinars and podcasts
• Oversee end-to-end logistics: booths, travel, swag, leads
• Be on-site at events: setup, tear down, troubleshoot
• Prepare the team: objectives, talking points, logistics
• Drive pipeline: book pre-show meetings and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in event marketing or coordination
• End-to-end event org experience
• Experience managing events budgets/ROI
• Define KPIs and link activity to pipeline
• Passion for AI with concrete examples
• Familiar with HubSpot CRM
• Strong PM skills with timelines and vendors
• Travel 30-50% (NA; possible EU)
