  • Prep the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-4 years in event/field marketing or event coordination (ideally B2B/tech).
  • Proven end-to-end event planning experience (shows you ran).
  • Experience managing event budgets; forecast and optimize spend.
  • Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports linking activity to pipeline.
  • Passion for AI; show AI-enabled projects in events work.
  • HubSpot familiarity for CRM; other tools handled.
