🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination (B2B/tech).
  • Proven end-to-end event execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing events budgets: forecasting, tracking spend, ROI trade-offs.
  • Comfortable defining KPIs and linking activity to pipeline/revenue.
  • Genuine interest in AI; provide examples of AI used to automate/work smarter.
  • Familiar with HubSpot CRM; CRM proficiency preferred.
