🎯 Requirements

Strong background with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
Familiarity with operating systems, networks and hardware
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting experience
Excellent analytical skills
Efficient multi-tasking abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
