• Own the marketing strategy for Fever experiences
• Build campaigns for Fever worldwide (partners & Fever Originals)
• Run high-visibility digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, TV
• Analyze performance with Growth to identify opportunities
• Manage the region P&L and a large marketing budget
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Copy for campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in Digital Marketing and social paid ads
• Native Dutch; fluent English
• Marketing background
• Wants to work in Madrid and grow with Fever
