📋 Description

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and
• Structure campaigns, define target audiences, manage advertising budgets, and optimize customer
• Conduct systematic A/B testing of advertising concepts, copy, creative layouts, hooks, headlines
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot underperforming ads, prepare clear reports, and present
• Conceptualize and personally produce digital advertising assets, including graphics, image layouts
• Use design, video-editing, and AI-assisted creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Meta and Google
• Demonstrated ability to personally create advertising graphics, image layouts, short-form video
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, AOV, customer lifetime
• Practical experience sourcing models and content creators, preparing production briefs, and
• Native-level written and spoken English proficiency, with the ability to write compelling
