📋 Description

  • Own Docker’s paid media strategy across paid search, social, display, and programmatic.
  • Own audience and ABM targeting end-to-end aligned to Docker’s ICP.
  • Own measurement and attribution; platform tracking, offline conversions, Salesforce.
  • Own paid search architecture and bid strategy to optimize ROAS.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline and spend efficiency.
  • Lead the paid media agency; set direction and QA outputs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B paid media/demand gen, ideally SaaS.
  • Hands-on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads at scale; Reddit/display a plus.
  • Experience across NAMER/EMEA/APAC; regional campaigns.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and efficiency targets; not vanity metrics.
  • ABM targeting experience and agency management.
  • Fluent with Salesforce, marketing automation, GA4; ABM tools.
