• 5+ years in digital marketing and inbound lead gen
• Proven plumbing/local-service lead gen experience
• Expert in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, conversion optimization
• Strong copywriting and messaging for residential/commercial audiences
• Experience with GA, GSC, GTM; analytics and reporting
• English communication; independent, data-driven, collaborative
