📋 Description

• Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X, including content
• Design visually appealing marketing materials and social media assets using Canva, ensuring that
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars, coordinate publishing schedules, and
• Monitor and manage clients' online reputations by reviewing customer feedback and responding to

• Collaborate with internal customer success teams to streamline workflows, coordinate client

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for social media marketing, graphic design, digital communications, and
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably in a high-volume digital
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X, with an
• Experience creating digital marketing and social media graphics using Canva, with the ability to
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage content calendars
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond professionally
