Digital Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google
• Plan and execute recurring email campaigns in line with our annual communication plan
• Design ad visuals, proposal presentations, brochures, website visuals, and other client-facing
• Prepare printed and offline marketing materials
• Prepare weekly advertising performance reports and sales meeting reports for our US and Turkey
• Conduct weekly competitor analysis and identify content and channel gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to create visuals, brochures, and presentations with Canva or Adobe tools
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Analytical mindset with ability to read and interpret marketing metrics; comfortable with Excel or
