Digital Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

📋 Description

• Paid ads management across Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Lead generation for webinars, quizzes, assessments, and bookings.
• Audience targeting for affluent 50+ with lookalikes and retargeting.
• Marketing automation / funnel integration: email, CRM handoffs, bookings.
• Tracking & reporting using funnel metrics; CPL, completed assessments.
• Testing & optimization across creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Google Ads certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience managing $1,500–$7,000+ monthly ad budgets
• Experience running lead generation, quizzes, assessments, or webinars
• Strong tracking with Facebook Pixel, GTM, GA4; CRM/marketing automation experience
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry
