Manage scalable CMS templates, page structures, and publishing workflows.
Create and update Figma files to bring templates and UX concepts to life.
Lead end-to-end QA and release coordination for launches.
Govern website content with audits, link management, redirects, and health checks.
Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology to evolve features and UX.

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years in digital ops, web production, or digital project management.
Hands-on CMS experience (enterprise or headless CMS is a plus).
Experience with Figma to create or evolve templates and UX wireframes.
Experience with UAT, QA methodologies, and go-live support.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Experience in travel, luxury, or ecommerce industries is a plus.
