• Mastering digital printing equipment: setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift
• Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to boost plant performance
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect
• Lifting 15-30 lbs frequently and standing for 8-10 hours a day
