📋 Description

• Conduct audits/testing for GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, DSA, DMA, UK OSA, SC AADC
• Design audit methodologies to assess protections, moderation, and data handling
• Test privacy-by-design: data collection, processing, retention, deletion
• Audit COPPA child safety protections and age verification
• Test content moderation and harmful content detection for fairness
• Present findings and risk analysis to clients; support engagements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years conducting independent audits or trust & safety assessments
• Bachelor's in CS/Law/Business or equivalent audit/testing experience
• Deep expertise testing GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, EU AI Act, DSA, DMA, UK OSA, SC AADC
• Hands-on privacy engineering: data flows, consent, deletion, third-party integrations
• DSA, DMA, OSA testing: algorithmic transparency, content moderation, fairness
• Bonus: EU AI Act knowledge; legal background or JD with compliance
