Digital Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and track project plans, scope, and budgets.
• Coordinate account discovery, capture notes, manage client expectations.
• Maintain and deepen ongoing client relationships.
• Develop client strategies; create reflection docs and briefs.
• Train clients on CMS use and web best practices.
• Support content creation for newsletters, websites, publications.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of digital project management experience (agency preferred).
• Experience managing complex website projects.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Basecamp, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage client expectations.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology preferred.
• Knowledge of website maintenance; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
