Digital Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of digital projects, including eCommerce and Digital Self-Service initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, manage dependencies, and resolve
• Define and track project tasks, participants, dependencies, and critical details
• Document and communicate scope changes and adjust project plans
• Serve as point of contact for project updates and communications
• Coordinate project meetings and track action items

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital program management or related field
• Proven experience managing creative execution and resource allocation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, self-service technologies, content management systems
