Digital Project Manager II

📋 Description

• Serve as an internal and external point-of-contact for program operations
• Ensure the operational efficiency of each program
• Run internal and client-facing meetings, taking detailed action items and disseminating meeting
• Plan, manage, monitor, and control the execution of digital initiatives from beginning to end, in
• Manage program scope, identify, define, and communicate risks and change requests, and take
• Focus on the details of tasks, deadlines, and accuracy of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency, managing mid-to large-scale
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification expected within one year of hire (once eligible, Wpromote covers training fees)
• Strong Asana or similar task management software usage skills including workflow creation and team
• Experience working autonomously and as part of a team
• Proficiency in documenting, tracking, and following up on many simultaneous tasks
