📋 Description

• Retouch, composite, color grade lifestyle and product photos for campaigns.
• Create seamless composites, set extensions, object replacements.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, producers, and teams to ensure deliverables.
• Manage RAW processing, proofing, feedback, asset organization, and delivery.
• Maintain color, lighting, and photographic style consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• A.A.S. or higher in Photography, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years retouching in commercial photography or agency.
• Strong portfolio showing advanced retouching, compositing, color grading.
• Expert in Photoshop; Lightroom and Camera RAW workflows.
• Able to create seamless composites matching lighting, color, and style.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools in retouching workflows.
