Digital Sales and Service Representative

📋 Description

• Join a remote, full-time sales role delivering world-class customer service via chat and email.
• Answer ~2-3 chats concurrently, ~40 chats per 8-hour shift on NICE CXOne, and respond to emails/mms
• Advise customers on best value for contact lens purchases; this is a consultative sales position.
• Work in a virtual, collaborative environment with regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins.
• Shifts in the afternoon/evenings (example: 2:30pm-11pm MST); weekend shifts required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Chat sales and contact center experience is a plus.
• Excellent typing skills (>= 40 WPM) and technical proficiency.
• Reliable internet with speeds around 20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up; private, distraction-free workspace.
• Ability to multitask and stay driven in a fast-paced environment.
