Digital Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery across APAC pre-sales: demos, PoCs, RFPs, design.
• Drive scaled onboarding via playbooks, group sessions, self-serve resources.
• Run 1:many adoption programs (webinars, digital events, office hours) to boost value.
• Translate complex capabilities into outcomes-driven solutions.
• Develop reusable demo assets, scripts, reference designs to scale.
• Stay current on Cloudflare products, Internet tech, and competition.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical presales, solutions engineering, consulting, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Internet fundamentals (HTTP/S, DNS, TLS, APIs).
• Experience with Zero Trust frameworks, SASE, or cloud security platforms.
• Hands-on scripting/development (Python, JavaScript, Go, Bash) and API/CLI use.
• Proven ability to engage customers: demos, whiteboarding, objections, and explaining complex concepts.
• Comfort with AI tools to scale output across many accounts.
• Comfortable working across APAC markets/time zones.
