📋 Description

• Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers (externally)
• Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet
• Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+ including customer onboarding
• Monitor and drive digital products utilization by customers and clinical users
• Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and document issues to be

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Engineering, life science or medical
• 2+ years' experience in procedural / OR healthcare software required
• 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations
• Prior knowledge with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage
• Background in training of clinical and OR staff required
• Knowledge of the Procedural/Operating Room environment required
